Start Your Project with a Partner

So now you’ve seen the amazing work we do for our clients, the way we work with our clients to produce results, and even learned a little bit about the folks running the show.

We want to make the whole process as smooth and comfortable for you, so we’ve laid out the next steps below and exactly what you need to do to get started with us.

Step 1: Tell us about your project

We’ve got a handy link to the right which will help you provide just the right information to get the process strated. Whether you’re still in the planning stages or you’ve finalized your budget, our inquiry form will help us help you assess the stage, budget, and requirements for your project.

Step 2: An initial conversation

We try to respond to every inquiry same day or within a business day. Although if we’re getting ready for a big launch it might take just a little bit longer. We’ll review your project description and then schedule a time to talk. If you’re in the DC area we’ll try to meet in person. Otherwise we have this really cool “phone” technology that works pretty well.

The whole point of this discussion is to begin understanding the crux of your project, what your organization is really trying to accomplish, and start thinking about how we can work together.

Step 3: We’ll give you a proposal

Now that we’ve gotten to know each other and your project, we’ll prepare a proposal outlining our recommended approach to your project. Your proposal will be based on our discussions about your project, including your timeline and budget. That’s why those conversations are so important.

We’ll give you the how and the why, the when and the who, all based on a clearly articulated understanding of your specific needs.

Step 4: The part where we start

Once you’ve had a chance to review our proposal and give us the go ahead, we’ll ramp up to start your project or schedule it based on our timeline discussions. And we begin the real process of creating your project.

It’s a big world

We can’t work with every client or on every project. If we think you’ve got a good project but it’s just not a good fit for us we’ll help you find someone who is. But drop us a line if you’re not sure.
